About Papumba

Papumba is an EdTech Startup looking to transform the way kids learn and interact with technology. With a subscription mobile app, we help kids in preschool age around the world develop 21st-century skills through play. 

With currently, more than 10 million downloads, featured 3 times as App of the Day by Apple, and the first case study ever done by Google Play in Latin America Papumba is one of the fastest-growing subscription apps for kids in preschool age.


What are we looking for? 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager leader to build world-class, creative content and brand experiences. Responsible for planning and executing Papumba’s Brand Strategy and its communication at all levels: Social & Influencers, Digital & PR, and Employer Brand.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute our marketing strategy to establish and maintain brand presence in the market.
  • Define key consumer target segments & point of brand differentiation.
  • Create brand identity, mission & values, positioning, and voice.
  • Manage and drive social media strategies, planning content/creative campaigns to elevate brand awareness and improve customer engagement with our brand.
  • Lead and grow our social media channels including IG, FB, Youtube, Linkedin, to grow the followers and engagement.
  • Conceive and lead influencer campaigns.
  • Manage content marketing development for social and SEO strategies.
  • Own the design and optimization of our corporate social media presence to strengthen our Employer Brand.
  • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in online media and broadcast.
  • Effectively communicate our New Content & Games launches through Email, Social Campaigns, and other channels.
  • Cultivate partnership marketing & opportunities, identifying new creative ways to leverage brands.
  • Manage the network of agency or specialist partners, setting objectives/goals.
