What are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Email Automation and Push Notifications strategy. You will also manage our Promotional and Seasonal Campaigns, with special offers and new content announcements.
You’ll have the opportunity to make an impact on a global product for millions of children and families around the world.
Responsibilities:

Identify customer conversion opportunities across the different stages of a user's lifecycle.
- Set up, test, maintain, and report on recurring and triggered campaigns.

Set objectives and precise conversion rate optimization goals for each segment of the user: demo, trials, cancellations, subscribers.

Manage set-up and configuration of data-driven promotional/seasonal campaigns ensuring deliverability.
- Responsible for daily hands-on work including email builds/sends, landing pages, dynamic content, A/B tests, list imports, and database management.

Structure A / B and/or multivariate tests to optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis, to iterate often using a data-informed approach.

Oversee campaigns from creation to analysis and reporting.

Manage Push Notifications Strategy and analysis in accordance with our email marketing strategy.

Update our database and implement the monthly newsletters to our community of investors, team, partners, and Papumba friends.

Conduct market research to follow trends and competition.

Report on campaign performance to improve and inform future business decisions.
What we need from you:
We are looking for curious, excited, boundary-pushing team members. To be more precise, you should demonstrate:
- Solid knowledge of email best practices and compliance.
- Technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deployment are a plus.
- Strong background in customer conversion, re-engagement, and retention strategies.
- Technical expertise with Email Marketing Solutions.
- Self-motivated, transparent, and proactive.
- Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude.
