What are we looking for?

We are expanding our Team and looking for an entrepreneurial Recruitment & Talent Specialist with great communication skills, a passion for recruitment and people development, aiming to create a significant impact in Papumba’s talent density. 

 

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, the growth of our employer brand, and for introducing proven initiatives for our talent management. We look for candidates with a passion to find profiles that empower and challenge us, people that foster our work culture.

  • You will own the recruitment processes, proactively identifying and addressing hiring needs. From the definition of the search requirements to the contact of related profiles, until the development of the final proposals, you will lead this complete process. 
  • You will coordinate the onboarding process of the talents that join the team.
  • You will ideate and execute Talent Development initiatives, suggesting improvements in our Work Culture and methods.
  • You will be updated on the main trends in the labor market, benchmarking and researching positions, and always expanding our potential base of candidates.
  • You will have a key role in keeping everyone informed, both candidates and the team, about the progress and decisions of the different searches.
  • Collaboration and strong alignment with other internal teams


Some of the areas you’ll work are:

  • Recruitment: Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates. Define job descriptions, interview questions, source and reach out to potential candidates through online channels.
  • Hiring Process: Oversee and improve overall candidate experience, scheduling interviews quickly, notifying each person about the status of their application, leading a weekly hiring sinc meeting.
  • Onboarding process: oversee and improve employee onboarding, oversee the whole process, coordinate talent feedback meetings after the first month of arrival, ensure that incorporations find what they need and feel comfortable joining Papumba.
  • Employer Brand: ideate business branding strategies on social media, creating innovative ways to attract prospective employees to the company’s website and distinguishing new recruitment opportunities through social media.
  • Always on recruitment model. .Perform benchmark analyses of compensation and benefits, keep an ever-growing list of candidates for every role, including screening candidates for possible replacements. 
  • Talent Development: create organizational charts and define each position’s responsibilities. Discuss career-path options, provide team members with options of courses or personal development initiatives. Organize engagement surveys, benchmark world-class talent development actions.
  • Online recruitment Tool: comprehensive management of TeamTailor solution to manage searches, publication, and administration of our Culture and Talent site.

 

What we need from you:

To be successful in this role, we believe you need at least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources (or similar). Having worked in a fast-paced product-driven environment is a plus. To be more precise, you should demonstrate:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Experience with Employer Branding is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Advanced career in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
