What are we looking for?

We are looking for a self-driven and creative Digital Content Producer to join our team.

You will be working with highly talented content creators in an ever-growing learning company. You’ll have the opportunity to make an impact on a global product for millions of children and families around the world.

As our Digital Content Producer, you will:

• Manage the entire process of creating digital learning content such as Books, Games, Podcasts, and Educational Videos.
• Supervise and Coordinate the execution of each project stage and ensure scheduled delivery.
• Work with and constantly search for new specialists, partners, and providers worldwide.
• Play a vital role in developing new projects and coordinating educational content.
• Research and Benchmark for creative content strategy optimization.
• Ideate creative briefs and supervise with insightful feedback every step of the content creation process.
• Detect and help solve impediments that block the team.

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years of experience in creative content production and project management, with a proven record of releasing successful projects/products.
• You are a true-born team player who can make accurate observations and conclusions.
• Highly organized and superb communication skills.
• You are creative, curious, and playful. Thinking outside the box is a must ;)
• Design sensibility and a passion for details.
• Confidence to take full responsibility for a big project and manage the budget.
• Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams.
• Can-do attitude: you love to solve problems with creativity.
