What are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate Growth Marketing Analyst with a strong interest in metrics and conversion.
You will have a focus on App Store Optimization (ASO), responsible for projects and the end-to-end customer experience to lead users to conversion from our Google and Apple Store listing, which is visited monthly by millions of users across the globe.
As our Growth Marketing Analyst, you will
- Identify Growth opportunities across the different stages of a user's lifecycle and make data-backed/objective-backed cases for testing them.
- Develop, manage and execute best-in-class ASO strategies across the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android).
- Creation, maintenance, and optimization of all elements of app store presence which includes text, asset, and keyword definition – in multiple languages.
- Test, track and optimize AB tests on the app stores for increased download conversion rate and increased store page traffic, while staying on brand and relevant to each game’s USPs.
- KPI ownership: Store page conversion rate, organic acquisition, and store ranking.
- Work closely with UA on strategies to stimulate organic growth in an ROI-positive manner.
- Benchmarking: Have a deep knowledge and follow up our top competitors in the space, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the competitor products, as well as identifying potential opportunities to share with the game teams.
- Manage business relationships with stakeholders.

- Excellent analytical skills.
- Have a good understanding of the user journey of digital products.
- You are a team player, able to make accurate observations, and open to receiving and giving feedback and knowledge.
- Fluent English is a must.
- You can understand and analyze user data and feedback.
- You are flexible, adaptable, and motivated to participate in a friendly but fast-paced environment.
